Information from Marco or related digital channels is for general planning and convenience. It is not legal, tax, immigration, medical, or investment advice. Entry requirements, health rules, and supplier policies change; always confirm with official sources and your travel advisor before booking or travelling.
When you book travel, you enter into agreements with Elgin Travel & Cruises and/or third-party suppliers (airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, insurers). Fares, availability, penalties, and terms are set by those suppliers. We will use reasonable care in arranging services, but we are not liable for acts or omissions of third parties.
You agree not to misuse the services: no unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent activity; no attempt to probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our systems beyond normal use; no scraping or automated access that violates our policies or applicable law.
Where you provide a phone number, you consent to receive service-related messages (e.g. verification codes, appointment or call links) as described in our Privacy Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elgin Travel & Cruises and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us specifically for the disputed digital service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100), except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms. We will post the new date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ontario shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you reside.
